NOT CRAP
Saw them all 3 times they played the Black Cat in DC. All 3 times they were awesome. I went into the first show not a fan and left very much one. Jeremy Barnes, the drummer, has an album out now.

i just looked around through my favorites and google for a while, i used to have this site bookmarked that had live video footage of the entire band, not just that boring jittery joes acoustic rip. it was fucking amazing. i still have it on my comp but i dont have the site. oh well. this used to be one of my favorite bands about 2 years ago, but the thing is that Aeroplane is so damn good that im just over it. ive listened to it way too many times. that being said, my favorite song is gardenhead.

In the Aeroplane Over the Sea is probably my favorite album of all time. A lot of the live bootlegs I have are really good, too... he's just an amazing songwriter.

crap. despite a couple good songs, i find this dude and his "i love jesus christ"/"know your enemy" shtick very, very irritating.

I'll say Not Crap with a very high waffle factor. I really like Aeroplane over the Sea but I can only take it a few songs at a time.

The songs, lyrics and music are wonderful. Oh Comely knocks me out every time I hear it.

But damn, the singing? Meh. His voice just grates at times.
