wolf creek was closer to TCM if only in as much as both films shared a lack of humour. I liked Wolf Creek for being so god damn sadistic and mean spirited, I liked Hostel for it being total shlock.
now if only Eli Roth could get the reformed Goblin to score his films.
we would be am winning.
My pretty pony! Why, Zorak, why? You could have had any woman you wanted! But you chose the woman I love almost as much as I love myself! You ruined my life, you ruined her life, and now, I'm going to ruin your life!!!

24this movie sucked, flat out. I wish both frat boys had been tortured further.
the part where he's driving through the city and the hotties that set them up just happen to be standing in the street was beyond ludicrous.
complete CRAP
Roth should be jockeying a fry bath somewhere.

25I love a good horror movie as much as the next guy, but this was a pile of crap. It follows in the tradition of pretty much all of the 'horror' movies I've seen as of late although it was better than Saw. When the girl's eye started oozing that yellow crap I really thought I was going to lose it.

26Saw it at a dollar theater a few months back. Crap. The 180 they tried to pull didn't work at ALL. I wanted to cry by the time Takeshi Miike appeared on screen.
There's going to be a sequel. Fetch the pliers.

27crap.
I hate movies that celebrate violence just for the fun of it.
If I feel any appetite for atrocities I can read the news.......

28Wasn't nearly nasty enough. Or, wasn't good enough to make the nastiness count.
Comparing this (or Wolf Creek) with Texas Chainsaw Massacre is fine, but it's similar to comparing Razorlight with The Sonics on the grounds that they are both guitar rock records.
And hey - TCM is very funny!

29This movie sucked a rancid dead donkey dick. I want that hour and a half of my life back! and just think my other choice of film was Herzog's Aguire.
