If you had to live in america where would you live

The tricky part is finding a successful lifestyle / profession that supports it.

Here's mine:

the "three month tour" is either with a band on the road, or working on some kind of creative project, like shooting a film or living somewhere new to gather notes for said project, etc. This could be anywhere... international, whatever.

The Chicago time is spent doing research, collecting one's head, recording projects, editing / post-production, and playing baseball in the CMBA.

The cabin time could be either for relaxing or holing oneself up while assembling the pieces of the aforementioned creative project.

The New York time is spent doing business stuff, and losing your mind, because New York is a crazy and addling environment.

I finally have my career mapped out!

The scenery is awesome, but all the cities in that area (Kanab, St. George, etc. etc.) are hell on earth. I was in St. George this past March- haven't been more depressed in my whole life. It's a polygamist cesspool. Quite bizarre walking into Costco and seeing people straight from the set of The Little House on the Prairie.

Isn't it bizarre enough just to walk into a CostCo in the first place?

CostCpwned!

Not so fast, Pendergrast. I heard ya mamma's got the brown bag special going on at CostHo.

I heard your mom's the one who got 'discounts' on 'bulk items' from 'Sam's Club'.

I saw your mom's giving samples down at BJ's, but there were no takers since they ran out toothpicks and latex gloves.

Yr mom's cafeteria snack-packin' shenanigans are now legendary. They call her Sodexho.
