NORTH LONDON
Shit hole after shit hole, camden, holloway, finsbury park, green lanes, ETC punctuated by fucking posh cunts (hampstead for example), whole areas that get parochial about 5 minutes out of the shitty northern line stations and basically it can go fuck itself. About the only good things I can think of outside of the museums and galleries in central london, are the Luminaire in Kilburn and Brick Lane
SOUTH london on the other hand = crystal palace, brockwell park, brixton market (and the windmill and the academy which is the only decent big venue in London), wimbledon common, richmond park, blackheath, lots of cheap rehearsal spaces, good studios (moat, and the one by brockwell park for example where red house painters recorded). Also lots of people live and work in south london, and haven't moved there to make their way in the big city and not put anything back in. I HATE NORTH LONDON
Ok, new WORST Survey. Worst city?
62BLACKPOOL!
it would be more interesting to live in a pot noodle.

Lancaster.
It's like Blackpool without the "amusements".
There is a large concrete city down south which I think is a bit of a shit-hole, but I'll keep my mouth shut as I don't want an e-brick thrown through my window.

64Milton Keynes?
It takes a village to raise a child, but it takes a Viking to raze a village.

Holy shit! I was going to mention Albion, MI as perhaps the worst city on earth, but I thought no one would know anything about it. And also that it's too small (I thought it was smaller than 10,000).
Yes. That's a dingy place.

66And: those of you who voted for Kalamazoo should drive over to Albion. When you return to K-Zoo it will feel like Paris in the springtime.

67Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. That's the worst city I've ever been to.

This is simply because there is no tube system south of the river and thus they cannot leave.
I prefer North London to South, but I'm happy no longer living in either.
Worst place is Morecombe. It makes Hastings seem attractive. There's a fucking Aldi on the sea-front for fuck's sake!
Or Hull.

I love North London, and if I ever move back to London, I will live in North London.

Houston is ugly and the traffic is terrible, but theres a few cool studios, venues, and great resturants to somewhat make up for it. Of course then venues are mostly dominated by these nazi scenesters that form a sespool of whatevers en vogue. But... its better than my town. I think..
Theres some great views if you go to the tops of office buildings, especially on the southwest side, the city looks like a forest.
do you live in sugarland?
