Can anybody that's on here from London point me to place that I can a good deal on sound insulation materials, i.e., pyramid foam, rock wool, etc.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Studiospares would be the first place to look. For Rockwool I would also look for insulation suppliers in the Yellow Pages and compare prices with Studiospares. Make sure that you ask for the correct grade - RW3, RW45 or RW6, depending on your application.
