youknow dekko i would have to agree there. obviously there nice guitars but the demand for them has pushed them out of the reach of most musicians and are now only accessible by collecters , these guitars demand to be played not bought as an investment or stuck in a glass case somewhere

Hey, I gigged mine probably 200 times and played the shit out of it. The thing is, TBs have been owned by tightwad, cheapskate musicians like myself for the last few years and now there is a collectable aspect to them, we're all cashing in because we have bills to pay because we're tightwads and cheapskates!

As for the price, fair enough, they are extremely rare only 352 were made. I wouldn't part with mine for less than $5000, if not more.

For what it's worth, I used to have a TB500 and the pickup covers were exactly the same as the ones on this Ebay auction.

I had never seen a late-model 500 before (mine is a really low s/n, and so are the ones people I know have) so I was just surprised.

I love mine unreasonably.

I don't think I could ever give it up.

If he wants $4000 for it, he could have at least cleaned it up a bit!!!

Would you buy the best thing in the world from ebay if in all the pictures it had a big shit smeared all over it? Maybe to some it would be a loving bonus.
