no

can you (or anyone) please explain this to me? i seriously can't see how the two could be separated.

Even if aaron had answered "yes," and personality and style were analogous, this wouldn't mean personality and style are inseparable, would it? An analogue has a sufficient but not a necessary relation to its target. For example: the plum pudding model of an atom. Assuming it was an appropriate analogue for an atom, plum pudding would still be cognitively separable from a single atom.

But I suspect this isn't really your question. Maybe for many people, style is a reflection of personality. But this is not necessarily true. For example, Nietzsche was a polite recluse, and a hard-working and disciplined classical scholar, but his prose style was often flamboyant and confrontational.

I don't know fuck-y'all about Damon Che's personality, but he seems accommodating enough:

Damon Che wrote:We acknowledge the older stuff, too. We have a rotating menu of the oldies, though it’ll mainly be new material. But I got so much shit for playing in my underwear, and whoever had a problem with that, you won. From now on, it’s all sweatpants.
