Shellac Lyric Question

Anybody know the lyrics on "Doris" after Steve says "And it goes" at about the 1:15 mark.

I hear:

The fat man punks out stairs!
Maybe becomes this stepfather!
I washed the communist’s mouth! [or is it, ‘I mulch the confidence browed!’]
Then comes an iron word!

Am I close?

As I listened to this song during my all-Shellac 12 km (uuh, 8 miles?) run today I was thinking that if you replace the name "Doris" with "Lynndie" as in Lynndie England of Abu Ghraib infamy, you'd have a frighteningly complicated song with a helluva dynamic between the personal and the political.

Oh yeah,

If you're asking whether or not there is even one female participant here, I know of two. If you're asking if any of them is single, I have no idea.

HTH,

I would have had to have written 'Is there a single, female participant on this message board?' in order to be asking if there was an available woman on the board, but witty of you, nonetheless.

Isn't it something like "I watch a policemans mouth, and out comes an honest word"

I'll have a listen tonight, see what I hear

I thought doris was:
"the fat man becomes an ice skater,
the manic becomes a stepfather
something, something, his mouth
out comes an honest word!"
that third line always threw me. I cannot picture it in my head right now.
that is definitely one of my favorite shellac songs. I thought I was going to wear a hole in my 7" for as often as I spun "wingwalker." one day I thought I would listen to the other side(not that I'd NEVER heard it) and I realized the rock beauty that is "doris."
that might be the most mighty piece of vinyl I own. thank you shellac.
