Nah, it's a type of speaker.

They are great great bass guitar speakers. that's all. I don't think they are made anymore, but they can be found. they are also stock in Dietz 15" cabs (Heart of Texas Music) and Mesa Boogie Diesel series 15" cabs. If you like a bass sound that can span the range between sounding like a piano and growling on pig iron, these are the speakers to get. I also have seen Orange 15" bass cabs with them in it.

Are there comparable, perhaps more readily-available models around?
