I have been getting up at around 4AM every morning to listen to the call to prayer here in Egypt.

These calls to prayer get broadcast several times a day throughout Cairo, but the 4AM call to prayer, in the stillness of a huge city, is unearthly. It is beautiful. It is psychedelic as fuck.
