I'm not going to name names here, but I was curious to see the context of one of these first posts. So I went to look it up, and found that it was not, in fact, that poster's first post! So that made me curious, so I checked up on all of you, and at least eight of you (not including me) are intentionally or unintentionally misrepresenting your first post!

What gives?

Ah! My apologies to all offended parties..I still had what I thought was my first post, on my pc as I had typed it up in notepad and pasted into the post box. Completely forgot about this one.. honestly don't even recall posting it! Of course, no one replied...

I don't know what they are charging on the door, but I'm sure it's not much. The venue is very small as well. The promoter is the same one who just put on Boris last week in Bristol... on a boat!

I shall update the info when I find out, if anyone's interested. Wink

By the way, the gig was fantastic from what I hear..

Post subject: I am prepared to play Wiffle Ball again, god damn you all.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Electrical Audio,

Please feel free to boast of your victory in our previous bastardized non-Wiffle Wiffle Ball game -- I am prepared to play Wiffle Ball again! god damn you all! under the following two conditions, which should impose some sanity on the next match:

1. None of this no strike zone nonsense. If someone throws a good hard strike by you, and you are unable to react in time so as to move your sick little bat, then you should not be rewarded by getting to see additional pitches that are more to your liking.

The folks at Wiffle suggest setting up some type of target (e.g., a chair -- or perhaps we can build a Wiffle strike board) that will provide visual and aural confirmation of each non-swinging strike.

2. No baserunning. Baserunning has no place in Wiffle Ball. Wiffle laughed at me when I told them that we ran the bases. I pass this laughter along to you.

Questions? Call Wiffle Ball, Inc. at (203) 924-4643.

Brad from .22 (0-1)

personally i never liked kobe. i don't like the way he plays basketball, and he comes off as being very egotistical and smarmy in his interviews.

given the magnitude of the case and the "famous" defendant, it wouldn't surprise me if he got off... which is a shame because he probably did it.

You know, this has really been bothering me, as stupid as that may sound. So much so, that I am willing to look like a dick AGAIN, (thank you for the first experience Linus, it was memorable) just so I can stop thinking about it.

I have really tried to live my life with as much integrity as possible. Things used to be a little different when I was younger, like it is with everyone, I'm sure. But when someone tells you that you may not have a life for much longer, you become a bit more introspective. consciousness soon takes over, and suddenly, you realize that one of the few things in your life that you have full control over is your own integrity.

The way that this thread developed, kind of reminded me of a witch hunt. I was mortified to find that I was one of the eight who had been singled out in front of the entire township and branded as questionable. I understand that none of the eight people were mentioned by name, but come on, how difficult is it to deduce when the names of those who passed the investigation were mentioned.. why did you care in the first place and what made it then so important to pursue publicly pointing this out to everyone? Send me a pm and ask me if I am intentionally lying if it is that important to you. Just have a little tact sir, that's all I ask

Anyway's, the only reason that I am even writing this is because there are some people here whom I know personally, and via loitering so long, many people whom I have come to respect personally and professionally, and I don't want them to think that I have "misrepresented" my character over an irrelevant post on a forum. Thank you!
Ta,
S
