John Fahey Volume 2 "Death Chants, Breakdowns, & Military Waltzes."

Totally off topic (but I know there’s a few other Fahey keeners here): I just learned lore has it that Fahey was accepted into grad studies at UCLA on the strength of his heckling of a bluegrass musician at the Berkeley Volk Festi-hell.. Ah, the sixties.

i can't stand the band one bit, but there's an album by the ordinary boys entitled "over the counter culture". for some reason i just really like it; it seems to works on so many different levels.

Come to think of it, "Come On Die Young" ranks way up there. What a beautiful clash of sound and meaning. It's perfect. What's the allusion to? - I didn't know the "Young Team" one.
