Please Hammer Don't Hurt 'Em

I think the irony speaks for itself.

Honorable mention:

Anal Cunt - I like it when you die, although the album title pales in comparison to the song titles, which include the classics:

Valujet
You Keep a Diary
You Own a Store
Recycling is Gay
You're Old (Fuck You)
311 Sucks
Technology's Gay
You Have Goals
Hungry Hungry Hippos

I always liked the sound of Van Halen II, and I've always wanted to be in a band that names their debut album that. Or Darkness on the Edge of Tom. But it never happens....

As far as real life, I always like the Butthole Surfers' title Psychic ... Powerless ... Another Man's Sac and the Replacements' live cassette called The Shit Hits the Fans.

talk about a joke going too far. heheh. Reminds you of wee guys stabbing each other because they live in a different scheme about half a mile away.

Come to think of it, "Come On Die Young" ranks way up there. What a beautiful clash of sound and meaning. It's perfect. What's the allusion to? - I didn't know the "Young Team" one.

I'm not entirely sure but i remember reading it being another piece of graffiti either seen in Scotland or when they were out in the states.

I always like Chavez's "Ride the Fader" title. Sounds so cinematic yet...you know.

I like all the bands that have their third record called 'Three' or '3' or 'III' (Sebadoh, Led Zeppelin, Scott Walker, Chicago, the Dishes ...) . I am happy to be in a band that used that as well. Seems like a nice tradition.
