But.. But..

That's like eating custard and gravy. Sick.

Or jelly and peanut butter.

Perverts.

What is it with you and the Australians, with your "sweet/savories can't be mixed, oh no!" thing?
I don't get it. Did your mothers drill this rule into your head?

Dipping bacon in the remaining maple syrup from a stack of pancakes is one of life's great pleasures.
Mainly because it invoves the consumption of bacon, but this taste, she is so nice.

Also, that would preclude you from eating most Thai food. Most dishes are based on a "hot, sour, salty, sweet" formula.

Not so fast my colonial friend!

Pork and apple, turkey and cranberry, cheese and sweet pickles, ham and chutneys, fruitcake and wensleydale....

We have a fine tradition of sweet and sour/savoury in the UK.

In Scotland, it has long been traditional for several dozen Mars Bars to be sandwiched twixt two 'pizzas' (a Scottish dish consisting of dough, tomato sauce, cheese and chocolate cake), battered, deep-fried and served with mashed potato and ice-cream.

This is an excellent setup! One of my guitars has Vol1, Blend1, Vol2, Blend2, and a toggle to switch between them. So nice! The pickup blend knob allows you to have all neck only, all bridge only, equal amount bridge and neck, or *anything in between*. The way it's worked out in my experience, is that it's nice to have a ton of neck pickup and a little bit of bridge, or a ton of bridge with a little bit of neck. It seems like those both end up sounding better than an equal amount of both pickups.

Cheers on your excellent electronics design choice!
