And oddly enough, the intent of this thread in the first place was to give people a heads-up about berring events happening here in town, like happy hour get togethers and whatnot. Then it became a thread about bars in Chicago, which is pretty off-target. Then it became a trolling ground for T-bag. Maybe at some point it will be back on track and will be used to let people know about open-door get-togethers. Hopefully!

I may be going out for berrs on Thursday, with my injured-hand-havin bass player, and if I do so, will try and throw a heads-up here.

I'll be at the empty bottle on thursday. not sure which band i'll be there to check out. friend of a friend's band.

Pool at Gingerman, as long as there isn't a Cubs game goin on, I would most certainly be down with. I liked their jukebox, at least when I used to go there all the time.

My buddy likes to queue up Reign In Blood in its entirety to drive out the weak. They've since replaced it with South of Heaven, which he assures me still serves.

He was white. I just recall waiding through people and glancing at the shirt for 2 or 3 seconds. We probably saw the same guy over the weekend. Woop - dee - do.
