They are expecting between 250,000 to 300,000 people but some estimates say upwards of 1.5 million people may actually show.
There are already something like 75,000 people camped out outside the gates right now.

65Anyone who has been to the Block Party before:
Does Hideout jack their drink prices for this event or should I expect to pay what I did last time I was there? Just wondering..............

66If I said I was planning on driving to the gig... (OK, don't laugh!)... does anyone know what the parking situation is like down by The Hideout? I don't mind paying some $$$ if there were a garage/lot. But if it's just parking meters and shit, then I may have to re-think... anyone familiar with that area that can clue me in?

There aren't any lots or garages around the Hideout. It's in an industrial part of town. Normally it isn't hard to park around there, however a thousand other people will be looking for parking.
If you want to drive, then drive. You'll find somewhere to park. You just might have to walk alittle.

68GvsB were pretty boring, just kinda played their shit. Not horrible but just kinda dull.
Ted Leo was great, I hadn't heard much of his shit before and it was good shit.

Their stoned asses took forever setting up, everyone else had their shit ready to go.

Totally. My buddy played some of his stuff on the way down and it sounded nothing like what I heard...which is a good thing. Ted Leo was great.
Is there any band that does not cover Suspect Device?

The band was tight as hell, but they need to lose Napoleon Dynamite up front. Fucking loser that guy is.

In his defense, we all probably look horrible when we are loaded. I'll reserve judgement for a later date.
I will see you all bright and early tomorrow! \m/
