Agreed that the grass is nice, though I always loved the wall, over which you may satisfyingly watch your swatted balls disappear. But I know i can't hit a wiffleball 150 feet, so playing on the kneescraping wheelchair tarmac wouldn't really provide that for me. For John, perhaps.

And I would agree with Russ that a small strike zone is nice. Though wiffle should be about throwing junk and swinging from the heels, it gave us, the weaker team, some hope, by curbing our pitch-talented opponents' urge to throw vicious speedball benders. 22x30" sounds about right.

i have never seen a girl throw a wiffleball directly into the ground in an attempt to pitch it towards a batter.

i am sorta with greg on the grass issue, but i think the idea of playing backwards, with home plate at 2nd base, so you can hit over the fence, is a good one.

Funny you should mention that.

When the EA crew (crew! ha ha) travelled overseas for ATP 2002, Greg brought along a wiffle ball bat and ball. One morning, we began playing in the courtyard of the "chalets". You should have seen the funny looks we got from all the brits. It was great.

Pitching a wiffle is just great, cuz you can feel like a superstar in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, Faiz is still stuck at 4 mins!

22" x 30" looks good to me.
