Listening to this guy swing like a kindergardener from Kurt Ballou's nuthairs made me realize how much Kurt Ballou swings from Duane Denison's nuthairs. He did it in BR (thanks for ditching the douchebag singer!) and he's doin it now.

It's fucking good, dudes, don't get me wrong. I can talk a lot of shit about stuff I really like.

Give it a few years, it probably won't hold up - but damn does it kick ass now!

yeah, and 'breather resist' was the name of a hoover song. these guys definitely wear their influences on their sleeves. i do think they bring something a little extra to the table; there are far more derivative Jesus Lizard/Dischord rip-offs..

this is good stuff. how some of you fail to hear yow in there is beyond me. if i somehow went back in time and prevented his life, this would be a largely instrumental act.

I´ve got the chance to see them play live yesterday and i really liked it. I agree with MTAR that getting rid of the singer wasn´t a bad move. Their music might not be the most original, then again which band´s music is? I hear influences from Shellac, Botch and Harkonen (which probably had a main influence which i can´t name right now). Cool Stuff! Record sounds really good as well...
