Crap on record, but I'd imagine they could be cool live.

There's simply not enough there. The BIG isn't big enough, the small isn't small enough, the melody isn't melodic enough. Not inspiring at all. It's like it's made up of the things that signify grandeur and scope and climax and tension, and as a result has none.

I guess what it is is I can't think of a single reason why I would ever want to listen to them over, say, Mahler.

Vomit inducing. Bought and sold the records, seen them live twice (second time not out of choice). Consistently absolute toss and my god they're predictable. Does the front guy thanking everyone for their time etc. come across as really fake to anyone else? Maybe thats just me being a miserable bastard but their music still sucks. First year uni student stuff. I'm getting angrier as I type this, I think I'm going to be sick...

I vote NC with lots of waffles.

Because I enjoy when I hear the band at random times and places. In commercials. In a bar. At a friend's house.

But I NEVER have the urge to listen to them at home. I get bummed out and can't focus on things. Perhaps they'd make a better live experience.

It was great that they offered their last album up for free as a bunch of digital files on their website. Too bad I never feel like listening to it.

Not Crap.

I don't see why anyone could be so angry about pleasant guitar instrumentals and really fucking loud explosiveness.

I'm an EITS fan, but they're not the greatest band playing this style of music. They have turned a bit 'hip' now, but I wont let it bother me. I think they make good fucking music either way.

I'm going to that show at The Metro, and hope to enveloped by sheer volume.
