They're crap!

All of their songs sound the same. Saw them open for Sonic Youth in Asheville. Girl is cute. She was wearing an enormous-necked shirt and she shakes like she is having a seizure. My friend and I had our fingers crossed. "One more inch... One more... AWWWWW"-- and she would pull it back up. That was the only part about their set that kept us entertained.

Sonic Youth are purely nostalgia for me, now.

Be Your Own Pet were boring-- But they were better than the Magik Markers. I wasn't around for the heyday of great Sonic Youth openers.
