They have several contributors who listen to a wide variety of music. The good kind.

24I have started to post some mp3's on my blog, but that is not why I am writing this.
In my new meek endeavor, I went out look for some tools to help me make the most of my blog and mp3's.
I found this whole community, similar to the EAforum:
http://elbo.ws/vanilla/
Elbo.ws Music Blogger Community
This may be a resource for anyone like me or others looking to write about music.
But it has also been a great resource for finding other really great music blogs. People have URL's in their profile's. I have run into some people who run mp3Blogs that were mentioned previously in this thread.
Anyway, hope that helps someone somehow somewhere someway ... someday.

25My brother and I just started one a couple of weeks ago to archive Northwest bands from the mid-80s to mid-90s.
Here it is: http://lamestainnorthwest.blogspot.com/.
The place where we archive mp3s, however, has been a real bastard today.

30A friend whose taste is stellar and whose opinion is much respected recommended this one which has some brilliant older music and live show bootlegs, some more obscure stuff as well:
Eggcity Radio: http://www.eggcityradio.com
There were others that he recommended but they are on a different computer in a different city. Eggcity was the only one tried thus far. There was so much there, haven't had a chance (yet), to check them out. Also, the fella who runs ECR has lots of links to other blogs broken down by musical category.
On Sirius' Left of Centre they have a blog broadcast everyday. Of all of them, Aquarium Drunkard: www.aquariumdrunkard.com and Brooklyn Vegan: www.brooklynvegan.com are ones most enjoyed while driving.
As well, there is HypeMachine: http://hypem.com/ which is a blog of blogs all music related, updated daily and archived pretty well.
