Dear The Transfiguration of Vincent,

I'm writing this to ask you...What's the big deal?

Everyone speaks of you as if you are the bees knees of musical catharsis. When you came over, I'll admit that on the surface you appeared to match the prevalent public opinion.

But after our.....interactions.....I am always left with the feeling that I could have just stayed at home with the appropriate tools at hand and had just as good of a time.

Granted, with degrees of lesser manual dexterity.

Thanks for your time, maybe we'll see each other out sometime, somewhere.

Sincerely,

C.H.Imp

Dear Need Another Seven Astronauts by Rebreather,

You are the greatest album no one has ever heard of. Does your obscurity bother you? I imagine all the weed and booze help. Do you want to be loved by many or worshipped by a few?

Does it make you feel weird when I put your case down my pants while I listen to you? I want you to be warm and safe.

I know I've told you many times, but you rock like nothing else. I don't blame you for the painful fingernail marks I leave in the palms of my hands or any of the other self-inflicted injuries I can trace to listening to you. It's not your fault. You're just made that way.

Love,
Ty Webb

Dear "These Ends Are Near" by These New Years,

I miss you. One time I was to buy you on the vinyls, from these New Years band guys when I am to see them play in the Washington of DC. I am to say "these album, she is so good, I'ma gonna get her on vinyl the way that God is wanting it!" so I do it!

Then I listen to you one time at the apartamento of these girl I was to dating at this one time. You are so good album! I am to enjoy you! But what happens then? She is to leave you on her record player, just to sit there like some homeless whore in the alley. And some faghina construzioni guys are to come and they work on these drywall in her apartamento! So what happens to you, my sweet The Ends Is Near from These New Years? You are covered with the dust of the drywalls! I no can listen to you anymore! These girl, she is to tell me she loves you, but she no show you any respect! So stupid!

I miss you, These Ends Are Near! Someday these New Years will go on tour again, and they will bring the records, and I will get you again. I will hold you in my arms, not like some homeless whore in the alley, but like a beautiful girl who is not a girl anymore but is now a woman. Flowers in your hair, you will have!

Ciao,

Scott

Dear Live From A Shark Cage,

i just wanted to say thanks for all those nights you kept me company when i felt loney and sad, and couldn't sleep. You never once said anything out of turn, and you always made me feel a little bit better.

Sincerely, thanks.
