I cannot tell you how much easier this tool (I have a Micra) has made my life.

It has helped me to fix many "unfixable" things, especially lighting equipment.

That and the mini mag-lite never leave my camera bag. I might have to buy another one, so I can have one in each bag.

Ditto on the allstars. I'm a wearer of them myself. They are the best drumming shoes! Also, I love the way they mold to my foot and the way the pant leg drapes over them.

A guy friend of mine was wearing some red suede high-top vans tonight...old school skater shoes reissued (this is what he told me). I was quite impressed with this shoe. Yet, I don't think any guy could pull them off. Somehow they looked very good on him though.

So, yeah...Agreed, it's more than the shoe but also how well a person wears them. Absolutely.

I dig the clunky shoes on the ladies.

I found that chuck taylors are incredibly comfortable until you try on another pair of shoes.

I wore chucks for a few years, but now I'm an all Vans man. I don't know how I ever wore them. Good christ those all stars killed. Especially running.

My shoes now (first brown pair ever) are the first one's I've really liked this much.

I used to wear these back in these back in college (um, '95-96). Back then they didn't make them for women so I wore just wore boys shoes. I agree they are very comfortable. I tolerate the all stars by adding in a good pair of arch supports (ya know, those crazy ones they were selling on infomercials a few years back).

I have a ton of trouble with my arches. I currently use those red Dr. Scholl's but render them useless after a month or so. Do they still sell what you're talking about somewhere?
