well, there's a big festival where Beastie Boys, YYYs, TV on the Radio, Patti Smith are playing nd I don't feel like spending 140 pesos (or 50 dollars) on the show, so any of you guys know how to get in the guestlist for shows ?

You're going to need a pair of these:

buy a domain name, set up a shitty one page site for your new "zine" and write the band/pr person of one of the smaller openers [they'll be more apt to receiving any press they can get] and tell them you want to interview band X for your website which is just like pitchfork where you live and you want to know if you can get on the list so you can interview them and take pictures of them live for the story you're going to write up.

Maybe you could try to contact the bands/tour managers/promoters/anyone and offer your services in exchange for admittance. These services could include but not limited to hauling equipment, getting food, cunnilingus, analingus, fellatio(hence the previous poster's knee pad shot), and other manual(or oral, i guess) labor.
