All Night - The "Toe Up" demo


Tragically squandered potential. These guys were a North Carolina hard rock band who wrote fantastic, inescapably catchy songs with soul and so much groove, your ass moved of its own volition. But due to personality and drug problems, they just couldn't get their shit together. They put out one album (on TeePee, I think) and recorded this demo, which never made it to release. They never really toured, which of course is a death sentence for a band like this.

So sad, 'cause this stuff is so good.
