Ha ha! I hate Blade Runner too! Awesome! I've tried to watch it 4 times and I've always fallen asleep before the movie ends. I don't know how it ends. Don't tell me how it ends, maybe one day....I'll find out.

I won't mind at all if I never hear anyone telling me about how "the book was better", in regard to any movie based off a book, again.

You are right though, it's a great book. But I can't take your opinion against the film seriously as you put Die Hard at the top of your 10 favorite movies list. You are wrong it being a shallow story. But story is not the crux of the film's greatness. I think you are completely missing the point by judgung it soley on it story. Still, it's deeper than Die Hard. Unless by "no depth" you meant no explosions. Also, I can see your dissapointment with Blade Runner as an action film, as it's not an action film.

First of all, are we talking director's cut when it comes to Bladerunner here?

Secondly, Mr. Tanx, where does Road Warrior (known in Germany as Mad Max II: Der Vollstrecker - I just love that) rank after Die Hard? Hitler would have hated it, too. After all, it implies that the Australians are the master race in that they are the last surviving purveyors of humanity after the nuclear holocaust.

Hitler's favorite movie was It Happened One Night. when Frank Capra heard about this he was not pleased.

i too consider It Happened One Night an excellent film, which means i have something else in common with Hitler, besides this mustache.
