The Worlds Best Brews!

i live in Udine,Italy where Moretti beer is made.
all i can say is that as a beer served in a bottle Moretti beats many other famous brands (XXXX,Heineken,Budweiser,Corona and all the other usual brands you find on TV commercials and that taste like urine...).

but as a beer served in one of those...man,my english sucks!how do you call those things where you pull a lever and beer drops?...anyway,as THAT type of beer it's hardly good-tasting.
most of the bars here in Udine don't serve it and prefer the German brands, like Weizen, for example.that must mean something,i guess!

my favourite beers are the Czech ones.they truly are the best, with the exception of Lasko Pivo, which,in my opinion, falls into "dog-piss" cathegory.
io amo la birra.

The technique is pretty simple, but since it's a two-part pour a lot of people don't bother doing it....

this isn't the way they do it in the UK. i don't know where americans got this, but my sources say it's bogus. just pour the fuckin beer already! and room temp if you please.
