A simple yes or no.

A simple "yes or no" doesn't really do it for me.

If the question is "do you believe in God?," my answer is "yes." If your question is "do you believe in God according to the Christian faith?," my answer is "probably not."

The Christian faith? Which one, praytell, might that be?

Um, that religion that some people believe in. You might have seen it on TV.

Or is this a Protestant/Catholic thing you are bringing up.

Either way, it's a simple question you need not complicate.

Yes or no.

There's a difference between simple anti-christianity, as in not believing the most crucial points, but then there's the rabid anti-christianity, where all believers are painted with the same brush. I've seen it happen on this board.
I'm Anti-Christian, but I can see it's helped people on a personal level, and some good has come from it. It's a sharp double edged sword.

I gave up on Christianity years ago, and all religion. But there will always be some sort of worship, and "church" with it's own laws, and guidelines, even from the most innocuous like some western version of Tao, to the insane worshiping of the State. I believe it's in human nature to deify, and worship.

I have had and still actually have dealings with Christians who are psychotically dangerous creeps in my dealings with them. I hope their more mellow and pleasant tempered brethren seek them out and help perhaps to reveal their blindness to the "satanic" side of their nature, because I don't feel that has to be my job.
