Not a totally open floor plan. In fact, there was a huge core of 47 columns and elevator shafts in the center of both towers. The twin towers were not supported by their perimeter columns.

Here's a question: if the gov't in fact did this, and they used DNA to do this, where did the government come up with the DNA samples for the alleged hijackers? Was their DNA on file because of prior contact with the US military or intelligence agencies?

No one ever said that the support was from outer wall to outer wall.

You wrote that the towers had a "totally open floor plan", which is understandable, because the PBS special America Rebuilds showed animation that omitted the core columns.

The truss supports under the floors on the twin towers were only strong enough to hold up the floor, they weren't part of the skeletal structure of the building.

Even if you're right ( I'll try and find proof otherwise later ), how do the failing trusses 'pull' the core columns down with them, or segment them so neatly? Why didn't the core remain like a spindle?

Here's the Sears Tower. Notice all of those extra huge vertical and horizontal beams in the places that the twin towers didn't have any? Big difference. If the twin towers would have had all that extra support, it wouldn't have come down.

So,are you saying that there were massive fires on the floors below the plane impacts, and that these fires weakened the lower floors so dramatically that when the 'cap' above the impact zone dropped what, two floors, because of the supposed symmetrical truss failure, that this drop of two floors created such an impact on the floors below that this moving weight ( the same weight that the lower floors supported for 30 years ), this new dropping weight was now sufficient to drive through all the lower floors at free fall speed? Because that's what happened, according to the official 'global collapse' theory. The official theory all rests on fires burning much hotter than hydrocarbon fires burn, across the entire width of the buildings, on floors 100's of yards from the impact zones.

The videos don't show these fires, but the testimonies of many who were in the vicinity and the radio transmissions of the firefighters do report explosions on the lower floors and in the basements. Why do you believe in magic fires that you can't see and not believe in those who lived through it?

Rather than seeing Bush's behavior as an example of someone looking off guard and unprepared ( which he was, IMO- I believe he was not part of the planning, because he's a mental invalid ), why not ask three questions about Bush's behavior that morning?

1) Why did he clearly state that he saw the hit on the North Tower before he entered the classroom? No video was available until 9/12.

2) Why didn't the Secret Service hustle him out after the second hit? Twenty minutes passed before Bush exited the school. Complete violation of standard protocol.

3) Why were anti-aircraft batteries set up above Bush's Florida resort during his visit? Warnings were flying around. Bush stayed on a military ship at the G8 summit in Genoa that summer because of threats of hijack suicide pilots- that's evidence of three months of warnings before 9/11. Add in Ashcroft switching to military planes for his air travel in June.

I wouldn't focus on Bush looking stupid. He's a figurehead. I would focus on the efforts by the inside job gang to keep their figurehead alive.

isn't it enough that the national security services didn't stop these attacks? why do you have to look for further people to blame?
