Today I acquired a VPI Synchronous Drive System for my turntable. It will provide the motor with a pure, double filtered, stable line frequency and voltage.

More importantly, it will also allow me to listen to my poorly mastered/recorded bootlegs at the proper speed.

I acquired the art deco table for free when I moved furniture in 1985 (Hernia Movers, oh yeah..)..The lady was going to throw it away..!
