I just got an old used RE-16 fairly cheap. it's pretty cool. on vocals, it has a sennheiser 421-like lofi/hifi quality. sounds absolutely great on guitar amp. generally, low output level... hard to make it clip without full gain. anyone else have one of these? what do you like to use it for?

It always made a good vocal mic for me
a little EQ to broaden it a bit
