Lots of shooting wounded soldiers in the face, though, and the interrogations of Mercedes or the stuttering soldier were way beyond what network TV will show. No responsible parent should expose a kid under 15 to Pan's Labyrinth, but I don't doubt that a lot of irresponsible parents don't know the violence of the video games out there ( or care ).
