He manages to counter everything I like with something that annoys me, often within the same song. So I could either go crap wf 10 or not crap wf 10. Probably not crap because the second track on seven swans makes it worth owning the rest of the record.
Definitely a complete sissy boy though.

Saw in Chapel Hill a while back. Spoke with him before the show. I asked him to call my girlfriend at the time because she was in love with him and had to work that night. She freaked. Nice fucking guy for doing that. Gave him cough drops too because he had a sore throat.

His shows are good but really campy and silly. His music is so huge though it needs a bit of spectacle.

As a musician and songwriter, he is enormously talented. Am I a fan of his music? Not really much at all. I can't make it through his records before I get bored.

I just got handed 'Illiniose' and 'Greetings from Michigan' from a friend and am really enjoying them especially The Man of Metropolis Steals Our Hearts. Sure it gets a bit too cutesy in parts but overall Not Crap.
