Dark meat is thoroughly gross.
I like the "mini-drumstick" portion of the wing. It is tiny, but undoubtedly the finest part of the fowl.

18This is tricky, becuase it totally depends on how it is cooked. The thigh is far superior if we are talking fried chicken, but the breat is better for the majority of chicken dishes in my opinion. Dark meat in general is a bit greasy for my taste, but occasionally hits the spot, particularly in bbq if it is grilled and then smothered in sauce. Mmmmmmmm...

19Dark meat is ok, white meat is delicious, and the wing is the best of both worlds. Just wish the meat was more plentiful.
