Not crap, heavy waffle factor though for repeating themselves so often, and for those extremely high pitch sine wave sounds in half of their songs. GREAT guitar sounds though (expecially Fixed: Content) and in general I like their ideas.

I like Labradford. I like their first Kranky record a lot. Nice to fall asleep to (in the good way). Seeing them live around that time was really funny, almost like watching a DJ. Not a lot of action. Not really something to watch.

I love their first 2 records. Bobby Donne is one hell of a bass player. Also I highly recommend Aix Em Klemm, his colaboration with the dude from Stars of the Lid, it's pretty sweet

Aix em Klemm is very good. As is Stars Of The Lid. I loke (aka a cross between love and like) me some sleepytime music.

again, i'm taken back to high school days when we discuss this band. labradford, flying saucer attack and bardo were among my most favored, back then... they helped me wait out the zits, and i'm damn grateful for that shit.
