Had my stage when I loved this band, saw them in Milwaukee at the Annex. This was a cool show, they kept blowing the fuses when they tries to open the show with "I'd like your hair long"

Not Crap. I like them. Always have. They used to physically move my 135 pound frame with blasts of guitar, bass and drums at the Blind Pig back in the day. Strangely (or maybe not) I never really got into You'd Prefer.. until last year. It has always been Elektra until recently. I was foolish.

They have already gotten together two or three times for one-off shows since breaking up, so I wouldn't be surprised if they did it again. The last time was in Champaign two summers ago.

Why do I not understand this band?
