There are plenty of great break up songs scattered throughout those records, all ranging from pathetic to extremely dignified and wise. A few killers are:
Make Believe
Scary Sad
Christmas Vacation

Make Believe is the real killer, though. How utterly heart wrenching and relatable.

I sort of equate some of the Buzzcocks material in the same category except for the fact that those songs are less gender specific. Everyone can enjoy!

The Descendents are such a gimmie that they totally slipped my mind. I'd go with "Sour Grapes" and "Coolidge". Come to think of it, there was a Descendents tribute record that a band called Garden Variety did "Clean Sheets" on. To me, it's right up there with the Descendents version.

Another break up favorite that came to mind is "Questioningly" by the Ramones. It's one of my favorite songs period but, it seems to fit the thread.
