Former Creed frontman Scott Stapp was arrested Sunday at his Florida home and charged with one count of domestic assault with intent to commit a felony, the Associated Press reports.

He is being held without bond, says a Palm Beach County Jail official who declined to provide her name.

No one was injured or taken to the hospital, according to Sheriff's Office spokesman Paul Miller, who would not offer any additional information. "We don't know exactly what occurred here," said Miller.

Stapp, 33, married former Miss New York Jaclyn Nesheiwat on Feb. 10, 2006. The very next day, Stapp was arrested for suspected intoxication.

In January 2007, the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Milan.

Nesheiwat declined comment on Sunday night, telling The Palm Beach Post, "It's just a rough time."

Stapp's manager did not immediately return messages from the AP seeking comment.
