Alright people.

Today I was cycling through and labeling one of my dozens of cassette demos and I found the first demo I ever made, from the first week I got my drum machine.

I have to say, my efforts months and months ago on a Fostex with a single microphone aren't as horrible as I originally thought they were. One mic; bass, drum machine, and guitar...

Anyways, it's the whole tape, broken up into the five songs on there. I'm considering re-recording them, but I'm not sure yet.

Like I said, if you could download the file, give it a listen, then delete into CPU hell after telling me what you think, I'm curious to hear.

Steve V.'s dead demo showcase, part 1.

Fuck.

"SI" sounds like a cover of "Little Hitlers" by Arsenal with little David Yow singing through a walkie talkie.

I enjoyed it.

alright, I need some untainted opinions.
my bandmate and I are having a disagreement about our newest song.
it's the first one on the myspace here.
One of us LOVES it wants it to be the first song on the CD wants to open with it, etc....one of us is of the opinion it's just ok and can't in any way see it being put into such a prominent role...
whatcha guys think? Who's right here?
