While I am as eager as any bugger to see this thread end, I have to say that it's a sorry sight to see Clocker Bob turn it into more of a persecution event for himself and get sympathy. Sure, the thread might have been slightly dick, but he has rabidly insulted people throughout and generally got very personal and baseless accusations have been made. I think a lot of people on the same side of the coin as Bob read the thread and see Bob as an unorthodox soapboxer being unjustly kicked in the knackers by the board rightwingers.

This is not the case, and as the thread devolves into pictures of cute animals and Hitler minutae, Bob will slink away and come back later with more chains of 500 word posts of cut-paste conspiracy trolling, fishing, dogma, foaming personal insults, threats, innuendo, and more threats and more insults.

I used an edit of your post to illustrate that you used "conspiracy theory" interchangably with "conspiracy", and I corrected the content of your post. As is a common habit on the internet. This is a lot less worse than the by-line editing, words-in-mouth implications and innuendo that you toss around. There was no harm in most.

Complaining about that, after the threats and accusations you sling, was supremely petty.

Dave, if everyone sought to redress each and every time they have felt slighted on a thread by Bob or anyone else, this forum would freeze.

Given that Bob has said a couple of times already that he wants to change his approach, this scratching at old scabs seems pointless. Honestly, it is better to let it go.
