Ken Nordine is the Word Jazz guy, "What have we got here"

Lafontaine is the movie announcer guy. Hal Douglas is the movie announcer guy who also does the voiceovers for The WB.

There's also a woman at the end speaking Italian. I'm pretty sure that's Giovanna Cacciola (from Uzeda). Could be wrong though.

It's been a few years since I've been down that way so I don't know if they're still open. Tunes in Hoboken is not so bad, and your'e close enough to the city where there are plenty.
I actually went to Let It Rock about 100 years ago. I tried to find it again today, but the store is vacant. I didn't see anything called Cafe Sounds, though there is a shoe shop/music store combo called "Sounds," but it looked kinda teenage-girly.

Where in Hoboken is Tunes? Hoboken has always seemed really...yuppy to me, so I'd be interested if there was some last vestige of its former coolness.
What are the queers doing to the soil?

I'm surprised more people don't like "End of Radio"

That might be my favorite song on the album (so far)

Shellac is one of my favorite bands
but i'm not so much a fanboy as some of you here
and unfortunately never had the chance to see them live.

End of Radio reminded me of when I first heard "Doris"
on a mix tape a friend made for me in high school (which makes me feel old)

It jumped out at me when I heard it then
and inspired me as well.

It was mysterious
I felt that way listening to "End of Radio"

oh yeah
not crap
