This is a new band that ive recently found out about. My friends are really into them and in listening to their newest release I thought it was crap. The singers voice reminds me of the mars volta but higher and more shaky. Anyone dissagree?

How could horsewhip say they sound like brainiac, I dont see a resemblence at all. Athough I dont like brianiac either, I would still prefer them to the shit brothers. When I first heard of them, I though it was a copy of another old band called the blood brothers[/u]

The resemblance is in the low/falsetto double vocals. I don't think they sound like Brainiac, except for the new album. They put out like four albums before the new one that I thought all sucked. The new one is okay because they turned the histrionics WAY down.

I don't like 'em. Not a bit.

Ive always been a Fear Before the March of Flames man myself. Theyre kinda like this band, but actually good. Especially their new record.
