I happy that I passed, but frustrated because I know I could've done better. Still, it feels SO good to know that I don't have to go back to uni again.

Finishing University is AWESOME.

You, however, are sober!

Watch out for post-university depression.

Make lots of music and find a job soon! This is my best advice.

What does that mean?

It means my final year grades, as well as some of my grades from third year, when averaged, work out at between 60-70%.

For the record, I averaged 65.7.

A first means averaging over 70% and a 2:2 means averaging between 50-60%. A third means averaging between 40-50%.

These classifications, as far as I'm aware, only apply to Honours degress.

What is your next move?

My eventual aim is to become a primary school teacher (I think). That'll require another year of uni though, so I'll hold off doing it for a couple of years. In the meantime, I intend to get a job that pays quite well, which shouldn't be too difficult in Edinburgh, and save up enough money so that I can buy a really good portable recording setup (laptop/motu/nice mics etc) and also move out.

I am well aware of the old post-uni depression. I am throwing myself into as many projects as possible now that I have more free time.

Thanks for the congratulations!

Now start the troubles.
Believe me, the university years are the best years...

Congratulations!

Tu étudies à Nottingham? Y'a un rattrapage?

To Simmo: je suis nostalgique des années de fac où on en branlait pas une et où on trouvait quand même le moyen de se plaindre.
