whats the weirdest band you ve ever seen?
132A Vancouver collective known as 'July Fourth Toilet'. Around 1994, they did a whole set playing along (in the vaguest sense possible) to classic rock hits from a record player that they'd set up at the front of the stage. I don't think they even put the record player through the P.A. so, they'd do their version, stop for a few seconds so they could get re-synched to the vinyl and then strike up all over again. And this took place at a Battle of the Bands competition to boot.

They also had a puppet show going on at the same time.
And they were fucking gross women who appeared to have been dressed by Britney Spears as we now know her.
I hate fucking hack ass bands. What the fucking fuck.
Needless to say, their set dragged on forever...severely pissing off my friends' bands.
I think youre talking about the Tuna Helpers. Theyre nice people, and they have some of the coolest merch. Who wants a band snowglobe?

134The Fucking Shitbiscuits were pretty awesome. 40 foot blow up condoms, the campsites, perhaps being the best GG Allin support band ever makes them worthy of notice.

135I flipped on the television in Germany and saw this band that was half-rock/half-oompah band. There was an electric guitar and bass and rock drummer. They were metal, but only if they used metal in a Target commercial. But then there was a tuba, a big-ass accordian, and a singer dressed half Van Halen and half Ricola mountain man. It went beyond good-bad versus bad-bad. It was somehow perverse but without even a hint of sexuality.

138The Complete Stone Roses. A Stone Roses tribute band. At a horrible festival in Widnes. That was the weirdest band I ever saw. I still can't get my head around it.

Incidentally, my friend is the Videoape. At a show they played in San Francisco opening up for Beck, another friend of ours introduced the band by getting the left side of the crowd to say, "Sour," and the right side to say, "Dough."
It was educational, since that's where sour dough bread was created.
