Neither one is stationary, but one still very much revolves around the other. If anything I'd say an argument could be made that neither is true, not either. But that argument would be crap too.


It is determined by the intertial reference frame. If we choose the standard, our solar system, the earth is rotating around the sun that is stationary. In the inertial reference frame of the galaxy, the sun and earth are both moving, but the earth's motion has two angular components whereas the sun's motion has one (not counting the rotation about either's axis).
