The Jesus Lizard: "Mouthbreather"
Pink Floyd: "Another Brick In The Wall" (fuck y'all, when I was 10 it took a long time to learn this, and I still love its simplicity)
The Breeders: "Doe"
Helmet: "Unsung"
Don Caballero: "Slice Where You Live Like Pie" (pie, not cake, mind you)
Shellac: "The Guy Who Invented Fire"
Therapy?: "Teethgrinder"

12Superchunk - Nu Bruises contains not only a beat but a rotating set of fills that never fail to make me smile.
Likewise the QotSA - You Think I Ain't Worth A Dollar... and for that matter, most of the rest of the album it's on. Cause mmmm, Dave Grohl.
Lastly, Ravel's Bolero.

You know, this is my favourite Coltrane album. I don't know anyone else who digs it! I'm not sure I know anyone else who owns it, even.
Nice to meet you.

Thanks,
I'm really crazy about that album too. It was one of the first Coltrane albums that really caught my attention. Once again, Eric Dohply's presence on this record really tops it off.
Great stuff!...
