What do you guys think of this band and album?

the idea of working "loop-based" is cool and more people should do it, but his first album is boring. dont dig the singers. listened once or twice to the second and meh.

I did a poll on these guys a while back. No one cared.

But I love this band. I Am the Fun Blame Monster is a great record through and through. So fun and creative. Under an Hour is...interesting. I've only heard a few songs off the new one, but it sounds great.

Friend or Foe: NOT CRAP. This is the best thing I've heard all year, maybe. I can see being turned off by the vocals--on their own the guys' voices are an acquired taste maybe, but it works so well with the rest of the music which is fantastic.

I haven't heard the first record and probably won't bother with under an hour.

this is a great fucking album.

"the pelican" is one of the coolest songs ive heard all year.
