I got lucky. I also tried this late at night on a Friday when most people would probably not be on their computers. I think the problem is that the server is being bombarded with too many requests. I tried a few tests, after each time I saw the BK commercial for this. I would try to Simpsonize my picture immediately after the commercial ran. Half the time, I would get the splash page that said the site was too busy. The other half, the processing times were well over 10 minutes and sometimes the drop down lists did not fully load.
