How high are you actually jumping in those?

I can see the curve of the backdrop paper, but the absence of a shadow makes it look like you're pretty high up there.

I tried to slow it down, but I don't really know what I'm doing. It'd just highlight how sloppily I removed her from the green backdrop.

Drink you some pedialyte.

You'd need to change the frame delay time (it's measured in milliseconds) for each frame, but then the motion would be less smooth. The best way to fix it would be to re-animate it using more frames, but then you'd have a much larger file size.
