We weren't sure exactly what happened, but it appeared as though the cop car ran into the back of the bus (both vehicles were to the right of the frame of this picture), the bus drove away, and the cop car attempted a 17 point turnabout in the middle of Western Ave during Saturday afternoon traffic while dragging its bumper underneath it. By the time the picture was snapped, the bumper had been dislodged.

It *might* help to imagine that happening while the theme from Benny Hill plays in the background.

Hahahaha. That's right. Randall was all the way in the back row and possibly sleeping off some dogs. The poor driving executed by this cop in the middle of this intersection was unbelievable. I had 3 people yelling, "take a picture! Take a picture!"

Wow. Totally forgot about that incident.
